Returns & Refunds policy

Return Eligibility

We accept return requests for standard machines within 7 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below:

  • The machine must be unused and not installed

  • The product must be in original packaging

  • All accessories, manuals, and components must be included

  • The product must be free from physical damage

Custom-built, made-to-order, and specially modified machines are not eligible for return unless received in defective or damaged condition.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your machine arrives damaged or defective:

  • Inform us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share photos or videos showing the issue

  • Our technical team will review the complaint

After verification, we will arrange replacement, repair, or refund, depending on the case.

Restocking Fee

A restocking fee may apply depending on product condition:

  • 10%–20% fee – If packaging is opened but machine is not installed

  • 25% or more – If the machine has been installed, tested, or used

  • Missing accessories or damaged packaging may increase deductions

Shipping, handling, and installation charges are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Custom-made machines

  • Made-to-order equipment

  • Machines modified as per customer requirements

  • Used or installed machinery

  • Electrical components once installed

Return Shipping Responsibility

Unless the return is due to damage, defect, or wrong product delivery:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Machines must be packed securely to prevent transit damage

If damage occurs during return shipping due to improper packing, the return may be rejected.

Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • Refund approval will be confirmed within 10-15 business days

  • Approved refunds are issued via the original payment method

  • Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider

Order Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch without deduction.

If cancelled after dispatch:

  • Shipping charges will be deducted

  • Restocking charges may apply 10% restocking charges

Custom or made-to-order machines cannot be cancelled once production begins.
